Owner
Charles Crosby
Charles is a lifelong Emporia resident who attended Emporia High School and Flint Hills Technical College, where he earned a degree in Automotive Technology. He has more than 25 years of automotive repair experience, including over 22 years with a local new-car dealership.
During his career, Charles has worked across nearly every side of the automotive business: detailer, maintenance and light-repair technician, used-vehicle specialist, service advisor, service manager, and for more than 13 years, general manager of a tire and auto repair center.
He has earned multiple awards for customer-service excellence and sales and has built a strong local reputation as the guy to call for just about anything automotive. When a vehicle needs something outside his expertise, Charles will help connect the customer with a specialist he knows and trusts.
Outside the shop, Charles is proud to share life with his amazing wife, Kristi, and their boy/girl twins. Family is a major part of what drives him, and he is incredibly proud of both of his children.
Automotive Technician
Kaleb Powell
Kaleb brings more than eight years of experience as an automotive technician, along with multiple certifications earned during his time working in Ford dealership service departments in Emporia, Kansas City, and Wichita.
His unique attention to detail shows in the way he approaches customers’ vehicles and the care he puts into every job. Kaleb understands the Crosby Car Care mission and executes it very well: provide skilled work, communicate clearly, and take care of people.
When he is not taking care of customers’ vehicles, Kaleb stays busy with his boy/girl twins and his two dogs, Mister and Lucy. Like Charles, he understands firsthand how important dependable transportation is for a busy family.
